 Our Quality Assurance approach…

As a leading worldwide payphone supplier, SPT Publicom strives to offer and maintain high quality standards during product development, customization, project management and internal as well as external business processes. The satisfaction of our customers drives us, and our "customer comes first" policy is being strengthened with our Quality Assurance approach. SPT Publicom is ISO 9001:2000 certified.

ISO 9001 (International Organization for Standardization) specifies an elaborate set of requirements for a quality management system making an organization demonstrate its ability to provide products that fulfill customer and applicable regulatory demands and aim at enhancing customer satisfaction. Our implementation of an ISO management system designed to continually improve performance has proven to be quite effective. Achieving our quality objectives has positively impacted product quality, operational effectiveness and financial performance.

Our customers are the key to our development, and we try to take every possible measure to make them our loyal partners and anticipate their expectations. In this way, each of us acts to satisfy his specific customers, whether they are internal or external to the company.
