Insight Value™ is a web-based application that
enables you to efficiently utilize the data available
from your installed payphones - the most reliable and
valuable source of information about the behavior, status,
and trends of your payphone business. Yet, even a relatively
small embedded base of payphones can produce an enormous
amount of data in a single day. Insight Value™ lets you
save precious time by arranging and filtering all of this
information.
Besides arranging and organizing all payphone data for
reporting, Insight Value™ offers you features including:

SMS Interface transforms a simple payphone into
an SMS terminal, allowing the end users to send short
text messages from any SPT Publicom Payphone. The user
addresses a text message through the payphone's keypad,
the input text is then transmitted to an IT-SMS server
that takes care of packaging and sending the text message
to the corresponding Mobile Operator SMS server.
DataDispatcher is an operational tool that extracts
and dispatches data automatically from Paynet NexStep.
The data can be sent to either the operating sites or
maintenance teams. Its main purpose is to distribute the
right information at the right time to the right people.
These characteristics make Data Dispatcher the perfect
tool for a centralized operation center with regional
or distributed operational units.
Payphone Configuration Tools include Paragraf and
Tarigraf. Parigraf provides access to a variety of parameters,
which are available at several levels (R&D, technical
support, client). These parameters are related to the
different software modules, allowing the user to manage
a great variety of payphone procedures ranging from hardware
values for the software controlled line interface, through
the user operational parameters, such as the messages
to be displayed on the protocol parameters on the security
modules.
Tarigraf is dedicated to tariff table generation. Tarigraf
access is protected by password associated to user ID.
Tables are entered in a user-friendly way based on the
classic Windows user interface. Tarigraf allows a large
degree of freedom in terms of the charging scheme to be
applied. The set-up of charged, barred or free calls with
internal, external or mixed charging possibilities --
including special rates definition -- are just some examples
of the possibilities of Tarigraf!
