Access-IT is a mains-powered analog smart card terminal
supporting advanced user interface features and new services.
This model, with a large 240 x 128 pixels display, is
a very upgradeable outdoor payphone with the following
main standard characteristics:
• Molded aluminum housings covered with a highly
resistant textured coating
• External charging through 12 or 16 kHz pulses,
or internal charging of the call
• The user is guided through messages on a graphic
240 x 128 pixels LCD display
• Specific Data downloadable: in addition to parameters,
tariff tables and software, specific man-machine interfaces
can be downloaded
• Downloading of scripts with advertising, information
and speed dial keys
• Interaction with the end-user is ensured with following
keypads:
• 4x3 standard CCITT
marked keypad
• 5 programmable function
keys
• 8 additional keys,
called soft keys, surrounding the display.
• Fully static reader (no moving part), manually
operated
• Range of options including the dual (chip and magnetic)
reader, keypads for Arabic speaking countries, additional
lightning protection, 50Hz charging etc.
